For cancellations made 5-8 days before check-in, 50% of the booking value will be charged.
For cancellations made 1-4 days before check-in, 70% of the booking value will be charged.
No show on date of check-in will be charged 100% of the booking value.

Xaymountry Residential Guesthouse is run and lived in by Mr Outhith and his beautiful wife, Miss Phitsamay Xaymountry. Mr Outhith was born on the nearby island of Don Khong but came to Don Khone over five years ago for work in the construction industry and it was here that the happy couple met and married. The young family was made complete by the arrival of two boisterous sons.
